Sunday 8/23 - 10 miles starting at a reasonable time :)

This Sunday (august 23) we are running 10 miles on a race course out in Goodlettsville. Where:  Moss Wright Park, Goodlettville, TN

When: 7:30 a.m.  (Hooray!!  Especially if we have another morning like this one!)

What: 10 miles on the Team Nashville 10-mile course.  (The Striders have a map on their web site, but it appears to be down...)
