Wednesday 8/26 - Socks.
The Run On Wednesday, we are running our longest run of the series, run #6. It takes us through the park, down Riverside and back in on Eastland. It's about 4.6 miles. (If you scroll to the bottom of the blog, you can check out Run #6.)
Where: 11th and Holly 6 p.m.
When: 6:00 (East Nasty does have a grace period, so if you are running 5-10 minutes late, you should be fine...)
Last week, Swiftwick contacted me and said that they wanted to get some of our runners to try their socks - so they are giving away 35 free pairs of socks, and giving everyone a coupon to get a discount at Fleet Feet.
