1/2 Marathon Time!
1/2 Marathon Training is about to begin... Just a couple of notes for our first week...
1) This week we are at Shelby Park. We meet by the nature center. A good landmark is the train trestle (bridge), the nature center is basically under the bridge. Saturday or Sunday morning at 9am.
2) The workout this week is 50, 60 or 70 minutes of steady running, with 8 20-second (60 step) surges thrown in at the end. These are not sprints.
