Half Marathon and Marathon Training - Week 2

There will be no parking at the store, so please park on side streets or in paid parking on 9th or behind East Side Station. Better still, carpool!

  • Half Marathon - 8:00 am start time
    55 minutes easy

  • Marathon - 7:30 am start time
    9 miles easy

NRC will be open after the run and offering a 15% discount to training participants!

Megan Conner, personal trainer and Nashville Fit's 2019 Best Running Coach, will be joining us before the run. Megan is an experienced fitness guru, 2-time Boston Marathon qualifier, and will be lending her expertise on how to maximize your training for success on race day. Check out her website & instagram!
