2019 Half & Full Marathon Training

16 Week Training Program
Starts on Saturday, January 5th at 8:00am

The St. Jude Rock’n’Roll Nashville Marathon and Half Marathon has become not only a tradition but also a Nashville institution. Every April, East Nasty turns out in force to train and run this race together. In fact, training for the half marathon was how East Nasty began 15 years ago! The training program is FREE and open to anyone.

Join this 16-week training program, and show up on Saturday, January 5th at 8:00 in the parking lot under the train tracks before entering Shelby Park Nature Center for the first Saturday run*. Once you register, updates and the weekly training specifics will come to you by email, Facebook, and through your coaches.

If you’re interested in the full marathon distance, please register for that distance . Most full marathon training runs will start early and then meet up with the half training group for additional mileage.

*You may be asked sign an injury waiver form at the first workout to participate.

Don’t forget to register for THE RACE! The 2019 discount code for East Nasty is “enasty19”.
